1.What's your leadtime?  

Customize light need about 15-35 days. It depends on lights,we have our hardware workshop.

2. What's your payment terms? 

30% payment as deposit, and 70% before goods delivery. T/T is preferred.

3. What's your MOQ for items?  

In general, custom items and stock pieces no MOQ required. But if you are wholesaler,MOQ 50 pieces of regular models to get a favorable price from us.

4. Do you provide installation service? 

Mostly we provide installation manual. If client needs, our factory will send technical engineer to project site for installation guidance.

5. What's your policy for product quality assurance?

Before mass production, mockups are usually provided for client’s confirmation to make sure the final products are what they need. After delivery, if there is any quality issue of production, factory will be responsible for replacement or maintenance during the warranty period.

6. What is your business range? 

We’re specialized on indoor decorative lamps, mostly custom lighting manufacturing for various projects like hotels, residences, private villas, shopping malls, club, and etc. We also provide different lamps to supermarket and overseas wholesalers,lighting stores.

7. Does your product include light source? 

In general, those embedded led bulbs and strips will be included. But for those separated bulbs for E14, E27, G4, G9 socket, we highly suggest clients buy from the local market to avoid bulb certification requirements.

8.Do you provide DDP shipping service? 

Yes, if you are new to import from China, we can provide you a shipping freight including all charges to your door. Then you no need to worry about importing procedures difficulty.
